And by the time you finished all the planning process, you will be too exhausted to enjoy your special day! So by hiring me as your Wedding Planner, not only you will have just one dedicated point of contact who understands what you want but you will avoid sending multiple enquiries to get best prices, spending time chasing vendors for answers, trying to figure out what the service providers’ terms and conditions mean, making sure all payments are dealt within timeframe, wondering if you are over budget, where to source certain services, reconfirming all services and finalising all timelines…

My aim is to offer couples an amazing stress-free wedding in the most cost effective way without cutting the quality. I keep everything as clear and straight forward as possible so there is no “mystery” about what I do or hidden costs. You will know what your wedding is going to cost from the beginning and you can enjoy those precious moments leading up to your wedding day, rather than having to deal with dozens of vendors, quotes, unreturned calls and hidden charges!

Below are the services I offer and of course, all wedding packages suggested are fully customisable and if you do not see any wedding packages that suit your requirements, this is not a problem, you can choose the Bespoke Wedding Service (price will be given upon request and according to services required).

This service is perfect for couples who don’t have the time to plan and organise their dream wedding, or simply don’t want all the stress and workload involved in it. It includes the following and also services from Partial Wedding Planning and Day of Coordination.

• Unlimited correspondence via email, phone, Skype or in person from start to finish
• Finding and negotiating suitable venue and ceremony locations.
• Sourcing all services required & obtaining best quotes and proposals from all suppliers and vendors (venue, catering, florist, photographer, hairstylist, make-up artist….)
• Budget analysis and recommendations
• Meeting to discuss your wedding vision, ideas and expectations
• Advice on legalities (church and civil requirements) and assistance with paperwork
• Keeping track of suppliers and vendors’ deposits and payment schedules

• Meeting with suppliers and vendors
• Site inspection of your chosen wedding venue and menu tasting
• Create an inspiration board
• Advice and suggestions for ceremony and reception (layout, lighting, linens, tableware, centrepieces, chairs, overall décor…)
• Assistance with booking of Bridal party accommodation and transportation
• Assistance with booking Guest accommodation and transportation
• Booking Entertainment & Babysitters for Children
• Booking of pre and post wedding activities / events

This service is designed for couples who have the time and want to be hands on with their wedding planning but need help with specific areas. Partial Wedding Planning consists of 15 hours of consultations for planning purposes (couples choose where they need help with) and can include the following, along with all services from Day of Coordination:

• Correspondence by email, phone, Skype or in person
• One planning meeting to discuss final details
• Create a detailed budget and monthly-to-do list
• Vendors/Suppliers recommendations and sourcing services
• Review of all contracts from vendors/suppliers selected
• Finalise timelines and set up details of the day with all vendors/suppliers
• Assistance with planning your ceremony
• Meeting with your chosen wedding venue and other services
• Guidance to create ceremony and reception floor plans and site layout

• Review and oversee set-up for ceremony and reception (seating arrangements, place cards, guest favors, guest book table, gifts table…)
• Create and distribute a wedding schedule to bridal party, all vendors and wedding assistant (contact names, numbers, schedule….)
• Assistance with booking Bridal party and guests transportation
• Finalise details for pre and post wedding activities / events
• Guidance with all items that need to be picked up before your wedding day

This service is ideal for couples who have done all the hard work in planning their wedding but want to relax on the day and ensure everything runs smoothly. This service includes the following:

• Contact via email, phone or Skype from 4-6 weeks before the wedding
• One meeting to discuss all details and expectations
• Create Wedding Plan Blue Print
• Onsite management on the day from set-up to start of dinner
• Liaising with all vendors/suppliers to confirm details the week before the wedding
• Assistance throughout the day to ensure the program runs smoothly and all your plans are carried out
• Supervising vendors/suppliers arrivals and set-up on the day

• Review and Oversee details for the ceremony and reception (set-up & décor, placement of Mass booklets, guest book, candles, place cards, cake table, favors, table plan and floor plan layout…)
• Assistance with any rental items (linens, chairs, tableware…)
• Distribute vendors/suppliers final payments and gratuities
• Ensure any special requests have been followed
• Secure wedding gifts and cards with assigned person
• Access to my “Wedding Planner Magic Bag of Tricks!” (Wedding Emergency Kit)
